About Me

I have a strong passion for web design and graphic design. I feel rewarded when I see my results displayed on the web with artistic appeal and functionality. It is important for a front-end web designer to also understand how to be a good back-end web developer. That's why I strive to learn as much as I can about both so I can develop web sites using practical applications that work well for both the user and the web.

Recent Work experience

Web Design

2012 to Present
Working with clients as a freelance web designer has been rewarding. I have the ability to bring life to a clients vision. I love the diverse technology that goes into web development and design because I am always learning new things. I have designed several live websites to date and this is just the beginning.

Particle Station

2008 to Present
SecondLife.com is a great place to learn how to own and operate a business on a small scale. I've had the opportunity to work with dozens of creative people from all over the world in a real time creative environment. I develop my own products, create advertisements for my products, and then sell my products. I have over 800 products in my inventory ranging from motion capture animations, to particle effects, to scripted gadgets that do amazing things! The knowledge I gain while being a store owner in Second Life is very valuable because it allows me to learn about operating a real business with very little financial risk.

Kuni BMW

2007 to 2008
I had a wonderful experience working as a Loaner Car Coordinator at Kuni BMW in Portland, Oregon. I was responsible for over 30 brand new BMW's that I loaned to customers when their car was getting repairs. I scheduled repairs and appointments and handled insurance claims. I had an office, business cards, and a lot of great coworkers. I learned how to be a professional around other experienced professionals.
